Returns/Refunds
Our core priority here at Hello Gut is our customers happiness. We want every customers experience do be an amazing experience. If for whatever reason you had a problem with your Hello Gut experience, please reach out to us within 30 days of receiving Hello Gut via our contact us form and we will solve the problem. Whether that's refunding your purchase or sending you more Hello Gut. Your happiness is our mission.
For returns/refunds we may or may not want you to return product to us depending on the issue. In some instances we will have you just keep the other product instead of returning. If approved for refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
If we request you return your item(s) we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund/return and you still haven't received refund, please contact us at hello@hellogut.co.
